Description

• The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing our revenue operations processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency. • Drive sales strategy and planning by helping develop key GTM team objectives and their measurement • Ongoing administration, enablement, and optimization of new and existing platforms and tools • Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly, based on business need • Oversee and optimize all revenue operations processes, sales enablement, sales forecasting, territory management and deal management • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenue goals and drive collaboration • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Assist team with optimizing revenue operations systems and tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes and policies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes • Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to analyze and interpret sales and revenue data
