• Location - Remote (USA based only) • Salary - $60,000 - $70,000 • As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will help progressive organizations, Democratic campaigns, and other clients get the data and tools they need to have a positive impact. • Your primary responsibilities will include helping prospective and current clients purchase TargetSmart’s products and services, conducting market research, supporting marketing efforts, and playing an essential role in the overall day-to-day sales and marketing operations of TargetSmart. • Duties and responsibilities: • Responding to incoming sales inquiries in a timely and effective manner • Conducting market research and compiling lists of prospective clients for sales and marketing efforts • Initiating outreach to prospective clients about TargetSmart’s products and services • Maintaining and regularly updating the company’s Salesforce database • Supporting product launches with content and research • Conducting analysis of sales metrics for internal tracking • Working across company teams to ensure successful sales and marketing program implementation

Requirements

• Work experience in a sales, customer service, fundraising, or marketing role • Excellent writing and communication skills • Must be highly self-motivated • Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems requiring quick turnaround times • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and see them through to completion • Attention to detail • Comfortable learning new systems and using new technology • Experience working with political data (i.e.- voter files, donor lists, membership lists, etc.) • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs
