• Tarkett is seeking a Sr. Manager Sales Operations & Analytics to join our team. • This position is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of the Tarkett Home sales force. • You will drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire North America Home business. • Drive detailed analysis and synthesize your findings into executive level communications.
Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant sales strategy and operations experience required • Bachelor’s degree required • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision • Heavily results focused; strong track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets
