• Work closely with the VP, US Sales • Improve the execution and effectiveness of the sales force • Develop and operationalize the key account strategy • Creation of a Key Account Plan • Align with key stakeholders to identify key academic institutions • Drive executional effectiveness through regional analytics and insights

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree • 12+ years of sales, operations and/or operations experience • Strong professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry • Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity • Previous leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage performance, engage team members, provide coaching, and respond to situations affecting staff • Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans
