• Expanding Ethnic distribution in Asian & International stores in the entire US region. • Listing the complete Tata Consumer Products Range in ethnic channels. • Maintaining Distribution & Distribution network in US & Canada. • Managing relationship with all TCPL’s ethnic distributors. • Developing, executing and managing a logistics plan for expanding the distributor network. • Demonstrating Strong Command and Control on Sales Fundamentals, for expansion of ethnic brands. • Monitor shipments, depletions, velocity and channel mix, for all foods and beverages brands. • Works closely with Supply Chain to optimize forecasting based on sales trends. • Monitoring and managing secondary sales (Distributor to Retailer) and distributors inventory. • Build relations with HQ of key ethnic retailers. • Building and executing a festival calendar to ensure Trade promotions are effective.

Requirements

• 10+ Years , in US South Asian / Ethnic Business Development • Possesses a strong distributor network in the Ethnic channel • Proven track record of growing business’ in existing and new customers & channels; • Proven experience in bringing new Ethnic brands from launch to success. • Ability to identify distribution gaps and find ways to fill them.
