• Manage national territory and sales growth of Trucking Product offerings • Lead six-person business development group • Develop a marketing plan and manage agency relationships • Provide strategic training on company products • Build effective business relationships to retain profitable business • Spearhead development of new business and programs • Coach staff and participate in talent selection and performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 8-10 years of related underwriting and business development experience required • Transportation experience preferred • Experience managing business developers calling on insurance agencies required • Strong analytical skills, excel expertise, and financial acumen required • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
