• Develop and execute business strategies to increase Company's market share. • Identify, onboard, and support introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners. • Build long-term relationships with professional traders and influencers. • Support regional marketing initiatives and help localize content and campaigns. • Monitor competitor activities and report insights to management. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business goals. • Ensure adherence to compliance and internal company policies. • Strong focus on identifying business development opportunities for the company in the targeted market. • Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers. • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy. • Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business. • Assist with the onboarding of clients, IBs & other partners and proactively address their queries and/or concerns through various communication channels. • Arrange business meetings/travels with prospective clients. • Managing existing and new IBs. • Be abreast with any updates within the financial markets. • Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation. • Confidently promote the company’s products and services. • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed. • Any other duties and responsibilities that are relevant to the role.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in the Forex or online trading industry • Proven track record in affiliate or IB acquisition and management • Fluent in Japanese and English language both oral and written • Highly motivated, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals • Excellent networking skills • Comfortable working remotely and independently toward performance goals
