• Shape and accelerate Teague’s offer with an emphasis on the day of travel in aviation • Partner with leadership to evangelize and elevate Teague’s offering to current and prospective clients • Establish a long and short-range business development strategy and market segmentation to achieve revenue targets • Articulate a long-term vision emphasizing design for travel • Energized by developing fruitful collaborations and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree desired; experience at a design or technology consultancy firm focused on aviation and travel; 8+ years business development experience • Proven record of generating net-new prospects and taking those deals from origination to close • Demonstrated success building and managing internal and external teams to accomplish complex goals • Ability to clearly articulate projects • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
