• Overseeing and managing the company's benefits programs • Providing advanced analytical support • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborating closely with various teams for process improvements • Drafting and managing employee communications related to benefits changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in benefits operations or a related field • At least 1 year in a senior or lead role preferred • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting • Experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday • Strong understanding of benefits regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA • Proven project management capabilities
