•Teleport is the market leader in Identity-Native Infrastructure Access Management. •Every company must protect its critical computing infrastructure from hackers and other bad actors. •We are seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-growing team and contribute to key sales processes, such as customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship management. •You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on upselling, renewals, and expanding relationships. •The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of customer success, revenue retention, and upselling strategies.

Requirements

•Experience: 3+ years in startups, account management, sales development, sales, renewals, or customer success. •Highly Organized: Detail-oriented and confident in building and maintaining repeatable processes. •Portfolio Management: Comfortable managing a portfolio of ~100 customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing risks. •Quick Learner: Adapts quickly to new environments and works independently. •Persistent and Personable: A strong communicator who can build relationships with technical and business personas alike. •Continuous Improvement: Receptive to feedback with a desire for continual growth and improvement. •Company Culture Alignment: Embodies our company values, including “We Start Simple and Iterate,” “We Are Drivers, Not Passengers,” and “We Are Builders.” •ROI Focused: Skilled at aligning Teleport’s products with customers' return on investment (ROI).
