• 4+ years of professional experience in a related role • Experience in SEO and Agency, Digital Marketing preferred • Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex client issues • Excellent presentation skills – from small to large audiences • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with understanding of situational best practices • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities • Ability to lead, manage and influence both internal team and client relationships to achieve successful outcomes • Driven by personal, team and company achievement with a commitment to excellence • Possess that rare blend of technical and business acumen wrapped in a strong client-centric mentality • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick and accurate situational awareness • Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding retention goals • Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or Business is preferred or equivalent work experience
