• As the Digital Marketing Program Manager for Lightcast, you will guide the development of our corporate website and support our digital marketing strategy. • You will have technical marketing acumen and a strong understanding of website development. • Your time will be split between identifying and implementing website enhancements that drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and boost engagement and working across business units to implement a full-funnel digital marketing approach that encompasses industry best practices and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to optimize a data-driven, high-impact digital presence for Lightcast.
• 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or related roles within a B2B technology environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement. • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, marketing automation systems, CMS tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Demandbase, HubSpot). • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and flexibility to work in various time zones. • Skilled at balancing creativity with deadlines. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and communicate recommendations. • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and web development teams. • A strong understanding of the labor market, data analytics, and the needs of educational institutions, enterprises, and government organizations is a big plus.
