Description

• The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in executing and assisting in the development of marketing campaigns. • This position is responsible for managing the company's digital presence, monitoring analytics, and reporting on performance. • The ideal candidate will stay abreast of industry trends, particularly on platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), LinkedIn, and among competitors, to inform and enhance digital marketing strategies. • Execute all SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, social media strategies, and advertising campaigns with a strong focus on the healthcare RCM sector, leveraging a deep understanding of healthcare personas to target them effectively. • Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and analyze social media performance, web performance, email performance and additional platform-specific analytics. • Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. • Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including content and scheduling. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials. • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various mediums.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills • “Figure it out” attitude • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field • 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting methodologies • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong problem-solving
