Requirements

•8+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong analytical skills. •Strategic planning abilities and proficiency in all digital marketing channels. •Experience with B2B clients at an agency or as an independent consultant. •Exceptional understanding of B2B digital marketing and technical expertise in areas like paid media, CRM, analytics & attribution, CRO. •Creative problem solver with experience in developing and executing innovative B2B marketing strategies. •Understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and where to apply content strategy, lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO, or direct outreach. •Ability to leverage CRM marketing tools to build and run sophisticated marketing campaigns. •Fundamentals of web analytics, conversion tracking, and tagging with experience in creating analytics reports and dashboards. •Collaborative, building strong relationships and managing processes efficiently. •Effective in managing client meetings, being prepared and knowing when to defer or stand up to the client.
