📋 Description

• At TerrAscend, we are on a mission to shape the future of the cannabis industry by creating leading marijuana-based therapies for patients and developing premium products for legalized adult recreational use. • Our next Employee Relations Manager will foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing workplace concerns. • You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically to promote fair and consistent workplace practices while mitigating risks and supporting organizational goals. • This is a remote role considering candidates in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations supporting a diverse employee population across multiple states and business units required. • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus, but not required. • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Certified Employee Relations Professional (CERP) certifications a plus but not required. • Strong understanding of labor and employment law • Union experience preferred but not required. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with natural problem-solving ability to improve situations for employees. • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and information related to employee relations. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. • Excellent organizational skills.
