β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations supporting a diverse employee population across multiple states and business units required. β’ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus, but not required. β’ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Certified Employee Relations Professional (CERP) certifications a plus but not required. β’ Strong understanding of labor and employment law β’ Union experience preferred but not required. β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills with natural problem-solving ability to improve situations for employees. β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders. β’ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and information related to employee relations. β’ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. β’ Excellent organizational skills.
