Associate Director or above) • Ability to plan, manage and execute at both strategic and tactical levels. • Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to create a results-driven, team oriented environment. • Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example. • Think creatively and develop innovative approaches in the healthcare industry. • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy. • Excellent analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internally and externally). • Diplomacy, patience and high energy. • Capacity to assume more significant responsibilities over time.
