• Generate interest in services or skills-based hiring through outbound prospecting • Reach out to high potential target accounts with a multi-channel approach (email, social, call etc.) • Contact and inspire prospects on benefits and value of pre-hiring tests and skills-based hiring • Qualify the needs of prospect using BANT • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results • Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists and messaging strategies to drive opportunities
