• RPM Healthcare is a leading provider of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions, dedicated to helping healthcare providers improve patient outcomes and streamline their care processes. • This position is 100% remote. • RPM Healthcare is looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. • In this role, you will be responsible for using HubSpot’s prebuilt sequences (leveraging automated/manual emails, calls, and LinkedIn) to schedule meetings with mid-sized medical practices and healthcare systems. • You will also log all activity in HubSpot and make 150+ cold calls per week to build relationships and drive business growth. • Engage and Set Meetings with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, medical groups, physician practices, and payers, through cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities. • Effectively communicate the value of RPM Healthcare's solutions to potential clients. • Collaborate with Sales Executives to create tailored prospecting strategies, ensuring monthly meeting goals are met. • Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify, qualify, and track leads. • Consistently execute outbound prospecting efforts by following strategic sequences in HubSpot, utilizing high-volume calls, LinkedIn, and emails, while staying organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing (healthcare industry experience is a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone. • Comfortable making 100+ cold calls per week and managing a high volume of outreach. • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software preferred, but not required. • Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
