Description

•The Account Manager will assist the Account Executives by gathering data, performing analysis on fleet spend, and providing proactive support for day-to-day account needs. •This role involves managing customer requests and assisting with on-site surveys to help design customer proposals. •Additionally, the position includes organizing data, preparing presentations, and assisting in the implementation of fleet plans, with opportunities to contribute to the overall success of customer accounts and Company growth. •This is an exempt position and is commission eligible.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred. •Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred. •Exceptional oral and written communication skills. •Previous customer service experience is required. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, are required. •Experience in presentation creation and delivery. •Background in finance, leasing, material handling, or logistics/supply chain industries is preferred. •Willingness to travel up to 20-40% of the time. •Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles).
