Description

β€’ Optimy.ai is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager. β€’ Manage client accounts, coordinating projects, and ensuring the success of our e-commerce platform. β€’ Take ownership of client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition by overseeing timely tech setup. β€’ Spearhead and participate in all introductory calls with new clients, serving as a primary point of contact. β€’ Craft personalized onboarding plans in collaboration with clients, guiding them through the process. β€’ Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to orchestrate effective training sessions for both clients and sales representatives. β€’ Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, offering insights to drive informed decisions. β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, offering prompt responses to inquiries. β€’ Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' unique challenges, identifying potential issues, and proposing innovative solutions. β€’ Display a passion for process improvement and recommending actionable solutions to elevate product performance.

Requirements

β€’ Proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative. β€’ Fluency in French is an asset. β€’ Demonstrated proficiency in effective phone communication and exceptional active listening skills. β€’ Proficiency with CRM systems and practices. β€’ Customer-focused mindset and adaptability to effectively respond to diverse customer needs and preferences, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills. β€’ Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management. β€’ Demonstrated experience thriving in an Agile, fast-paced environment. β€’ Enthusiastic about learning and embracing new technologies. β€’ Capable of leveraging your expertise to contribute meaningfully to your team, actively participating in refining best practices. β€’ Possess strong independent work ethic and self-motivation, exhibiting proactive initiative.
