Description

β€’ Drive sales within the assigned territory, demonstrating a dedicated focus on meeting or exceeding growth objectives. β€’ Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. β€’ Monitor and analyze customer product usage, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize revenue. β€’ Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings. β€’ Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies. β€’ Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding and integration. β€’ Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations. β€’ Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

Requirements

β€’ Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience β€’ Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track record β€’ Proactive, highly motivated and organized β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills β€’ Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills β€’ Ability to travel as required β€’ Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record. β€’ Make appropriate judgments, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
