• Responsible for business development and customer retention. • Market segmentation analysis for fracking and mud pump markets. • Improving the market position of the organization and helping it in every way to attain the desired financial growth. • Planning the long-term growth strategy and goals for the company and ensuring that they are executed. • Building key customer relationships ensures the organization maintains a good position in the market. • Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and providing feedback to leadership team and other company functions. • Weekly reporting of activity and intel. • Travel is expected at 75% of the time.

Requirements

• Minimum of a 4 Year Degree • Master’s Degree or equivalent proven experience preferred • Proven leadership role in a manufacturing sales organization; experience in the gearing and gearbox industry preferred
