β’ Bachelorβs degree. β’ 1-2 years of digital media and/or advertising experience a plus. β’ Strong interest in digital and audio advertising and familiarity with the digital and audio landscape. β’ Team player with a strong work ethic. β’ Ability to adhere to speed, accuracy, and responsiveness thresholds in a highly organized manner. β’ Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fast-paced environment. β’ Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and Flash. β’ Experience using Firebug, Charles, and other troubleshooting plug-ins is a plus. β’ Experience trafficking to mobile and video environments is a plus. β’ Experience using Order Management Systems and Ad Servers such as GAM, Megaphone, and LiveIntent is a plus. β’ Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and aptitude to learn new systems. β’ Demonstrable record of professional written and verbal communication skills and comfort level with client communication.
