• About Us: At The Athletic Clubs, we train in squads. Our unique approach to training provides high-quality, results-driven group fitness training for busy New Yorkers looking to improve their health and fitness. • Membership costs are $295/month with an initial 3-month commitment, then month-to-month after that. Our programs create an environment where members feel supported and motivated. • We are looking for a Membership Advisor to handle the full sales cycle for our growing number of locations. • This role includes qualifying leads, booking appointments, and closing new clients, specifically targeting a demographic of competitive women (65%) and men (35%) ranging from 25-35 years old. • Join us to help expand across new locations, working with an engaged and competitive client base who values commitment and results.

Requirements

• Experienced selling to a similar demographic—busy, motivated young professionals aging from 25-35. • Excels in high-pressure environments and communicates clearly with strong personalities. • Understands the value of community-driven fitness programs, able to convey this to potential clients from your personal experiences. • Motivated by both enrolling new clients and ensuring they stay committed for the long term. • Thrives in a startup environment, excited to be sales hire #1 on our team. • Comfortable maintaining tension in sales conversations and closing deals without relying on discounts or external incentives. • Process-oriented, understanding both the art and the science of the sale. • Experience in wellness or fitness sales is a plus.

Benefits

• Annual OTE $120-150k • Monthly OTE (On-Track Earnings): $11.5k - 13.2k per month • Base salary: $36k annually / $3k per month • Commission 10% of total cash collected for the first 3 months of each new membership. • The compensation is designed to incentivize long-term member retention as well as initial enrollments. • Health insurance • Paid time off
