Requirements

•Proven experience with 2-5 years in sales or business development, ideally within landscaping or outdoor power equipment industries. •Customer relationship management and engagement with leadership members of companies ranging from $5M - $500M in annual revenue. •Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships, networking, and managing customer needs. •Strong phone presence and confidence in cold-calling and client engagement. •Persuasive verbal and written communication skills to effectively demonstrate product benefits and close deals. •Understanding of industry trends, consumer psychology, and sales/marketing strategies. •Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns. •Proficiency in CRM software (we use HubSpot). •Experience with driving a truck & trailer.
