Description

• The FP&A and Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities, with an additional focus on analyzing and administering sales compensation plans. • This role will involve working closely with Finance, Sales, and HR teams to ensure that sales incentive structures align with company goals. • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance principles, and experience with sales compensation or commission plans.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in financial or sales compensation analysis, ideally in FP&A. • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar field. • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint; strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Familiarity with GAAP principles, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight timelines. • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
