As the UK & Ireland Sales Manager at The Kingfish Company, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the region. This is your chance to blend your passion for premium seafood with your industry know-how, building relationships and skyrocketing Kingfish’s presence in the UK. If you have a proven track record in sales and deep-rooted connections in the restaurant world, you’ll thrive as a cornerstone of our pioneering team. • What You’ll Do • Lead Generation: Spark connections with top culinary talent, utilizing calls, social media, emails, and onsite visits to bring chefs into the Kingfish network. • Market Research: Discover and qualify new UK sales and distributor opportunities, laying the groundwork for growth with insight-driven market research. • Database Management: Keep your pipeline sharp, tracking chef leads to ensure targets are met and surpassed. • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with restaurants, chefs and distributors, establishing The Kingfish Company as the go-to name in quality, sustainable seafood. • Event Coordination: Host chef tastings and events, collaborating to showcase Kingfish and build buzz in the industry. • Distributor Development: Forge partnerships and expand our reach with distributors to grow our presence in the hotel and restaurant sectors across UK & Ireland. • About You • Ready to Dive In? Requirements

• Proven sales track record in the food industry, ideally within seafood or hospitality. • A strong network and deep knowledge of the UK restaurant, catering and hotel market. • Passionate about premium seafood and sustainability—bonus points for aquaculture insight. • Advanced in Microsoft Office. • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
