Description

• Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to order completion. • Process orders proficiently, in both German and English, adhering to established policies. • Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks. • Engage with lease companies promptly via email correspondence. • Resolve order queries and customer inquiries with exceptional service. • Collaborate closely with lease companies and Global Sales Team to address customer issues. • Complete annual information security eLearning to uphold compliance. • Safeguard information assets from unauthorized access and fulfill incident reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in data entry/order processing is advantageous. • Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role. • Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus, though not mandatory. • Familiarity with LeaseLink and Salesforce would be beneficial, but we're open to training.
