Description

• Responsible for selling Nuaire’s residential products to the social housing market. • Develop a strategic network of local authority and housing association contacts. • Identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities. • Work closely with other Nuaire External Sales Team colleagues. • Ensure all projects are regularly tracked. • Gain and maintain product and technical competence across Nuaire’s residential product range. • Report market conditions and competitor activity into the business. • Maintain an accurate and current project log.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of managing customer relationships in a sales environment. • Proven sales track record of achievement. • Experience in dealing with technical products and regulations. • Is self-aware with good people skills - has an available and approachable style, able to gain the respect and trust of customers and colleagues and impart product information with confidence. • Excellent negotiation & influencing skills. • Good organisation and time management skills. • Effective communication skills. • Good IT skills for administration (Microsoft Office or equivalent). • A current, clean driving licence. • Knowledge of the RMI social housing industry sector. • Knowledge of UK domestic building regulations. • Experience of delivering product presentations and hosting seminars. • Conversant with project and lead generation software, although training will be provided. • Technical knowledge of ventilation products would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided. • Equally important is the willingness to understand technical products.
