Description

β€’ Responsible for selling Nuaire’s residential products to the social housing market. β€’ Develop a strategic network of local authority and housing association contacts. β€’ Identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities. β€’ Work closely with other Nuaire External Sales Team colleagues. β€’ Ensure all projects are regularly tracked. β€’ Gain and maintain product and technical competence across Nuaire’s residential product range. β€’ Report market conditions and competitor activity into the business. β€’ Maintain an accurate and current project log.

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience of managing customer relationships in a sales environment. β€’ Proven sales track record of achievement. β€’ Experience in dealing with technical products and regulations. β€’ Is self-aware with good people skills - has an available and approachable style, able to gain the respect and trust of customers and colleagues and impart product information with confidence. β€’ Excellent negotiation & influencing skills. β€’ Good organisation and time management skills. β€’ Effective communication skills. β€’ Good IT skills for administration (Microsoft Office or equivalent). β€’ A current, clean driving licence. β€’ Knowledge of the RMI social housing industry sector. β€’ Knowledge of UK domestic building regulations. β€’ Experience of delivering product presentations and hosting seminars. β€’ Conversant with project and lead generation software, although training will be provided. β€’ Technical knowledge of ventilation products would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided. β€’ Equally important is the willingness to understand technical products.
