📋 Description

• Lead CRS Implementations & Project Management • Drive seamless onboarding and implementation of CRS solutions for new clients • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution • Oversee scope management, assessing the impact of change requests on timelines and costs • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding process • Conduct virtual meetings, training sessions, and support calls to ensure system adoption • Provide clear, ongoing communication for a smooth transition to live operations • Configure the CRS system based on implementation plans (no coding required) • Lead "Current State vs. Future State" assessments to align functionality with client needs • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and operational efficiency • Partner with Product, Support, and Integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding challenges • Provide feedback to enhance CRS features and the user experience • Ensure a seamless handoff to Client Success and Technical Support for long-term success • Maintain and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding • Provide clients with updated implementation plans, project schedules, and benchmark metrics • Continuously optimize onboarding strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CRS onboarding, implementation, or hotel distribution technology • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple client implementations simultaneously • Exceptional communication and client management skills to effectively guide customers through onboarding • Proven ability to analyze business needs and configure CRS solutions accordingly • Experience in the hospitality or SaaS industry is highly advantageous • Experience with SaaS-based hospitality technology and distribution systems (preferred) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills (preferred) • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment (preferred) • Proficiency in project management tools and software (preferred) • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for training and implementation (preferred)
