Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO • Provide individualized support to enhance CEO's effectiveness • Participate in strategic discussions and implement actionable plans • Review reports and ensure high-quality standards before reaching the CEO • Manage communication between the CEO and other stakeholders • Oversee projects assigned by the CEO from planning to execution • Conduct research and data gathering for data-driven decisions • Manage CEO’s calendar with meticulous attention

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role • Experience directly supporting C-level executives • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience • Familiarity with K-12 education is a plus • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to implement feedback effectively • Ability to travel for various work engagements • Experience using Google Suite • Experience using ChatGPT • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
