📋 Description
• The Sr. Solution Engineer - Dynamics CE will be a primary technical and functional expert on our Dynamics CRM and other system platforms. • The Sr. Solution Engineer will focus on both strategy and tactical design and delivery of enhancements and fixes to our systems. • They will build strong relationships with Product Owners and delivery teams within IT to build and maintain high-quality and high-performing systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, IT or related field • 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise systems • Extensive experience enhancing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Experience working with sales and marketing teams and supporting processes • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Azure Service Bus, Exchange, UKG • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience with Typescript or JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, SQL, CSS and/or HTML • Experience defining and developing integrations using APIs • Nice to have skills are UM:/BPML, IDL/YAML, Basic C#/.Net programming skills
