Description

• Responsible for making Cigna Supplemental Benefits a market leader. • Recruit, train, and motivate external distributors/wholesalers. • Develop market-level distribution strategy for sales growth. • Maintain relationships with distributors and NMO partners. • Represent organization at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. • 10+ years’ experience securing and retaining National Marketing Organizations. • Valid insurance license required. • Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking skills. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Ability to build strong working relationships.
