β€’ We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. β€’ Assist customers, answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a friendly and professional manner. β€’ Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and requests by providing accurate information and solutions. β€’ Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively. β€’ Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including contact information, interactions, and issues resolved. β€’ Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. β€’ Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. β€’ Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the customer service department.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities. β€’ Empathy and patience when dealing with customers. β€’ Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes. β€’ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
