β’ High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Strong problem-solving abilities. β’ Empathy and patience when dealing with customers. β’ Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes. β’ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
