β€’ The Financial Investigation support specialist is responsible for investigating debit card disputes (fraud and non-fraud related) β€’ Maintaining the bank's compliance with Regulation E, VISA, NACHA, and AUB's T&C β€’ Completing a thorough investigation and complete regulatory reports, if warranted. β€’ Used to augment current staff due to an increased work load and attrition.

Requirements

β€’ Basic understanding of VISA rules/disputes β€’ Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, proof reading, and speaking β€’ Ability to lead projects independently. β€’ Ability to address audiences of varying sizes internally and externally β€’ Ability to exercise sound business judgment β€’ Working knowledge of generally accepted business practices for internal communications β€’ Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details β€’ Flexible, able to adapt to change and comfortable with ambiguity. β€’ Previous debit card fraud experience/understanding β€’ Previous Reg. E dispute experience.
