Requirements

β€’ Interact by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within 24 hours β€’ Reach out and follow up with all lead generation channels running β€’ Booking cleaning jobs for cleaning technicians - when a customer calls, connecting them to the right cleaner β€’ Someone who is good at managing social media channels - IG and FB β€’ All 24-hour before emails need to be sent out (on how to prepare for their clean) β€’ Organized and resourceful β€’ Knowledge social media channels - IG and FB β€’ Marketing or branding experience is a plus! β€’ Knowledge with tools tawk.to, Canva, FB, IG, Word or Adobe is a Plus! β€’ Good with Written & Verbal Communication Skills β€’ Communicate via teams, email, or phone calls. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused β€’ Excellent people skills and team player β€’ Amendable to work 40 hours in a week
