• Client Acquisition and Business Development Lead will play a key role in expanding Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment's client base by offering our manufacturing and packaging services to external companies. • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and generating new client accounts for our contract manufacturing services. • Ideal for someone with a passion for business development who is excited to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding manufacturing company. • Identify and target new business opportunities for Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment’s contract manufacturing and packaging services. • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients in various industries. • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our service offerings beyond our own brands. • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to introduce Pronto’s capabilities and services. • Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients to secure long-term business relationships. • Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant. • Represent Pronto at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and build brand awareness. • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, opportunities, and market insights. • Assist in the development of marketing materials and content to support business development efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the manufacturing, packaging, or dietary supplement industries. • Proven track record of generating new business and securing contracts in a competitive market. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about growing a business from the ground up. • Familiarity with the manufacturing and packaging industries is highly desirable, though not required. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
