Description

• The Account Manager at The Intern Group (TIG) is responsible for the account management of our global company partners & the coordination of internship placements for thousands of our participants each year. • Build and maintain relationships with partner companies across our global destinations on an ongoing basis. • Expand our network of partner companies through account management initiatives that contribute to the growth of our global internship role bank. • Manage and coordinate the placement process between our company partners and internship candidates to provide the best possible match. • Be accountable for the onboarding of new company partners, conducting ongoing quality assurance and support. • Be accountable for mentoring and supporting our candidates throughout the placement matching process. • Conduct ad hoc complaint management with both partner companies and placed interns before and during the period of their internship. • Have the opportunity to support global team through project management. • Execute on placement & account management targets and ensure that YoY global growth targets are met. • Have opportunities for exposure to global projects and initiatives designed to support the continued strategic growth of our global business.

Requirements

• Previous B2B sales or partnership development/account management experience • Experience with CRM and automation • Experience in prospecting and taking clients through a ‘sales’ cycle • Previous recruitment experience • Near-native fluency in English, (bonus points for Japanese, Cantonese, Thai, and Spanish speaking/writing skills!) • A high level of attention to detail • The ability to work well under strict timelines • Excellent organizational skills - ability to multitask and prioritize • Strong communication skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills.
