•At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we do important work in an environment where you are valued and recognized for your performance! •With dedicated managers and hard-working colleagues, you'll find the resources for personal development and the chance to create a significant impact in the world. •As a Field Sales Account Manager in the CCG RSD Division, you will have the unique opportunity to directly contribute to the sale of our exceptional products and services to Academic Segment customers. •Through face-to-face and virtual methods such as email, phone, and video conferencing, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers, driving continued partnership and growth. •Perform sales calls to understand customer needs and independently make decisions to implement tailored solutions that meet expectations. •Understand the structure, relationships, and connections in key accounts and build strategies that align with key decision makers.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Science or Business degrees. Equivalent experience will also be considered. •Demonstrable sales experience in a life science setting •Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce •Account Management experience, with distribution/supplier relationship experience preferred •Knowledge of the Swedish Biotech ecosystem is advantageous •Ability to function effectively in a high-performance team •Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed in commercial •Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Swedish. •Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment •Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams or similar programs required
