Description

• Maintain a sales territory and support customer inquiries. • Engage with tactical and strategic customers. • Design and implement detailed business plans to win business and drive growth. • Grow territory focusing on meeting assigned Annual Operating Target. • Apply effective sales strategies to proactively seek out sales opportunities. • Engage with suppliers to support needs through our supply chain services. • Prepare quotes and maintain updated customer profiles in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry. • Strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to efficiently engage with various levels of personnel at the customer site. • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and sales data analysis • Solid understanding and proficiency in life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry to be able to serve as a resource for customers. • Ability to present information to research & process development scientists, purchasing, and supply chain personnel.
