• Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks a highly motivated Marketing Manager for the Industrial Vertical • Drive go-to-market strategy and growth of the Industrial Vertical • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Build justifications for new initiatives and products • Prioritize R&D projects to align with market needs • Implement effective sales strategies and craft funding proposals • Analyze market data to measure campaign success • Develop global marketing plans and ensure alignment with business strategy • Lead participation in industry conferences and develop sales training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with preferred experience in the Oil and Gas, Clean Energy, Chemical, or Semiconductor industries • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field, with a focus on the industrial market • Strong analytical skills to interpret sophisticated data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey market insights and recommendations to diverse audiences • Proven capacity to build effective plans for business development • Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis tools • Familiarity with industrial market dynamics • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic go-to-market plans for global adoption of new products and services • Proficiency in digital marketing, including display advertising, search engine marketing and optimization, social media, video, and automation approaches • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both within and outside the organization • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing across functional teams and geographies • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
