• Design and implement sales strategies for laboratory products • Drive product sales and promote core services • Lead account managers and ensure alignment with procedures and policies • Measure success against business plans and lead strategic direction in the region • Maintain relationships and manage vendor relations

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business along with significant and relevant, industry-specific experience • Strong sales management experience and validated leadership abilities • Strong selling and presentation skills • Full professional proficiency in English • Full driver’s license with the ability to travel 50-70% of the time • Experienced people coach and mentor • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must; sales force software a plus
