• Lead distribution sales efforts in the UK • Manage relationships with distribution partners • Develop and implement sales strategies • Drive revenue growth through distribution • Analyze sales data for trends and solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Monitor market trends and competitive activities • Provide regular reporting on sales performance • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience • 5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through distribution channels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership skills • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively • Ability to work in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
