β’ Lead our portfolio of strategic accounts, and Licensing and OEM customers across the Asia Pacific and Greater China regions. β’ Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, and for growing the pipeline of potential new customers. β’ Lead C-Suite relationships and deliver regular business reviews with key customers. β’ Collaborate with business partners to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
β’ 10+ years of relevant commercial and/or business development experience, including identification and validation of strategic business opportunities in the life sciences and clinical diagnostics industry. β’ Genomics experience preferred. β’ Prior experience in out-licensing or OEM supply role strongly preferred. β’ A proven track record of accomplishment of success commercial roles. β’ Ability to work across functions to drive deals and deliver results. β’ Customer first business philosophy is a must. β’ Ability to converse and engage with Mandarin-speaking business associates is essential. β’ Travel up to 50%.
