Description

• Senior Patient Recruitment Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific. • Develop, execute, and deliver patient recruitment and retention strategies globally. • Create global recruitment strategy and monitor interventions. • Support project team with methods that meet regional requirements. • Train project team on recruitment strategy and methods. • Identify barriers to recruitment and develop mitigation plans. • Collaborate with Patient Diversity Team for diversity plan implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous clinical research/patient recruitment experience comparable to 5-8 years’ experience • Able to communicate with diverse groups • Ability to use standard office equipment and technology • Able to perform successfully under pressure and handle multiple projects • May require as-needed travel (0-20%)
