Description

β€’ Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. β€’ Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments. β€’ Develop and design key employment branding and social media presence on recruiting platforms to promote Toppan Merrill's employee value proposition. β€’ Building global best practice for talent acquisition across all countries/regions for Toppan Merrill. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to build deep relationships that lead to a better understanding of workforce planning, staffing requirements and job specifications. β€’ Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions. β€’ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiations. β€’ Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually enhance hiring strategies. β€’ Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruiting practices. β€’ Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a broad pool of candidates from diverse backgrounds. β€’ Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role. β€’ Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. β€’ Excellent leadership and team management skills. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. β€’ Demonstrated ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives. β€’ Experience in a fast-growing or tech-focused company a plus. β€’ Familiarity with recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
