• Thistle is excited to welcome a Growth Marketing Analyst to our Data team. • Reporting to the Director of Data, this role is pivotal in shaping and driving the strategic vision for all aspects of growth marketing. • Apply data-driven decision making to optimize Thistle’s marketing performance locally by channel and globally across our entire portfolio, leading the charge to expand our customer base and enhance brand equity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior growth marketing role, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies with $10mm+ annual budgets. • Demonstrated applied data analysis skills, with coding and A/B experimentation experience preferred. • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of marketing channels and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing. • Demonstrated understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and brand strategy.
