• Assist in managing a firm-wide transformation project • Support alignment with strategic goals • Help develop and maintain project plans • Support building relationships with customer stakeholders • Participate in regular status meetings • Contribute to the creation of deliverables • Support change management initiatives • Work with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in project management, consulting, or similar fields • 4+ years of experience supporting transformation projects in the legal industry • Good knowledge of project management methodologies • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to contribute to the creation of project deliverables • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with change management concepts
