Description

• Seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager • Lead the account executive team focusing on Enterprise Corporate Accounts in the West • Develop and implement comprehensive account management strategies • Provide coaching and development opportunities to account executives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies • Monitor and report on key performance metrics • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management or relevant leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles in corporate SAAS landscape • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the corporate environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities • Results driven with a focus on delivering against targets • Experience working in a matrix environment preferred • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
