Description
• represent surgical glaucoma product line to eye care professionals • maintain and grow annual sales volume • achieve territory level and corporate business objectives • provide product and technical consultation to ECPs • create and execute a strategic plan • grow sales by introducing physicians to surgical glaucoma products • facilitate wet labs for training • develop and maintain customer relationships • participate in conventions and educational events • manage and prioritize time to achieve territory goals • perform all administrative responsibilities
Requirements
• 4-year degree strongly preferred • 5 or more years of Ophthalmic/Ophthalmic surgical/medical device experience • existing strong customer relationships and a demonstrated track record of performance can be considered • minimum of 3 years’ experience with outside B2B sales in the Pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry if 4-year degree is completed and verifiable • experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred • vendor credentialing experience in the medical field
